How do you install a wired liner for a new pool?
01Preparing the structure before sealing
We intervene once the pool has been bricked up, the parts to be sealed installed and the structure cleaned. We check that everything is ready to guarantee a clean, long-lasting installation.
02Installation of felt and profiles
We apply protective felt (separator layer) to the walls and bottom to prevent abrasive contact between the substrate and the liner.
Hanging profiles (hung or sheet metal) are installed, with corner brackets if necessary, to ensure stable and durable fastening.
03Liner welding and pool finishing
The reinforced liner is hot-welded on site, guaranteeing a perfect seal. We finish by adjusting the flanges and filling the pool.
